These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, mobile application, and services (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Users must be at least 13 years of age.
1.2 Users under 18 may use the Platform only under parental/guardian consent.
1.3 By using the Platform, you confirm compliance with all applicable Indian laws.

2. Accounts & Access

2.1 Users may shop as guests or via Google login.
2.2 You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
2.3 Loomtale reserves the right to suspend accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Products & Orders

3.1 Product descriptions and images are for representation; minor variations may occur.
3.2 Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
3.3 Loomtale may refuse or cancel orders at its discretion due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicious activity.

4. Pricing & Taxes

4.1 Prices are displayed in INR and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
4.2 A GST-compliant invoice is provided with every order.
4.3 Loomtale is not liable for denial of GST credit if the customer provides an incorrect GSTIN.

5. Payments

5.1 Payments are processed through Razorpay.
5.2 Loomtale does not store credit card, debit card, or UPI details.
5.3 Loomtale is not responsible for delays or errors caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Orders are processed within 2 business days.
6.2 Shipping takes 2–4 business days post-processing.
6.3 Loomtale shall not be liable for delays due to courier issues, strikes, or natural calamities.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Customers must raise a return request within 2 days of delivery.
7.2 Products must be returned in original condition, with tags and packaging.
7.3 Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
7.4 Refunds are processed only upon successful quality check.
7.5 Non-eligible returns will be documented with photo/video proof and returned to the customer without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All logos, artworks, product designs, and website content are owned by Loomtale.
8.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Loomtale shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9.2 Liability for defective goods shall not exceed the product purchase price.
9.3 Loomtale is not liable for third-party failures including courier delays, payment gateway downtime, or force majeure events.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Puducherry, India.

11. Amendments

Loomtale reserves the right to modify these Terms without prior notice. Users are advised to review the Terms periodically.
